No personally identifiable member data is sent to AI providers. Prompts carry only the minimum context needed — your public program list, dates, and public-facing details. Names, emails, financial information, private documents, and internal chat are excluded or anonymized before any external model call. Nothing about your members is used to train external models. You also choose the AI provider per feature in your admin settings.
